We have three models for wet sand. The 5.5 holds 550# of sand, the 750S holds 1200# and the 1200S holds 2000#. These models are 3 pt. and run off a 540 P.T.O.

All units will handle sand stored outdoors. Moisture content does not matter. If it is fine sand, let us know as the agitator is different.

We recommend the tractor be run at 2/3 throttle so the P.T.O. is about 400 RPM. This will give a spread width of 20ft. As you slow the motor, the spread width will become narrower. When doing sidewalks, there is a fan shroud, (#1005), to hold narrow widths.

All units come with a regular agitator for seeds, fertilizer and salt only. All materials can be spread with the regular agitator (#147), but will not go as wide as this unit has a slow down ratio on the gear box.
